The Temperature Logger (MP-TL01) is the perfect temperature logger for monitoring the cooling and/or hot-holding of cooked foods, it can also, be used to remotely monitor the temperature of foods inside an oven or hot holding.
The MP-TL01 has an LCD display that shows the temperature and status and has an accuracy of ±1 °C up to 100 °C and a wide operating temperature range of -75 to 250 °C when using the recommended ETI thermocouple probe.
The MP-TL01 uses the 920Mhz frequency and Lora protocol which has an ultra-long-range transmission range of up to 500 meters from the MP-WH2 Wireless Hub*. The replaceable 3500mAh /3.6V battery gives up to 3 years of operation (depending on operating conditions).
The Monitor Pro wireless temperature detection solution integrates seamlessly with Safe Food Pro’s Digital Food Safety (Control) Plan software.
